About the role
Alpha Anywhere is pioneering a 2‑Hour Learning model that compresses a full academic day into two highly productive hours, followed by creative afternoons. As a Curriculum Developer you will work remotely to transform AI‑generated performance data into actionable interventions that boost student mastery and learning velocity.
Key responsibilities
- Construct precise academic data reports, identify outliers, and trigger corrective actions within 48 hours.
- Conduct urgent intervention calls and post‑assessment coaching to remove learning barriers.
- Assess, integrate, and prototype new educational applications, AI and LLM solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, reporting interfaces, and proficiency benchmarks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data science, EdTech, or a learner‑support role.
- Strong competence with Google Sheets for lookups, pivot tables, and filtering.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
