Alpha Anywhere is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to drive its innovative 2‑Hour Learning framework. Working remotely, you will turn AI‑generated performance data into actionable insights that help students achieve 90% mastery or higher while supporting rapid, personalized interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Construct accurate academic data reports, detect anomalies, and implement corrections within 48 hours.
• Conduct live rapid‑intervention coaching sessions to remove learning barriers and sustain motivation.
• Assess and integrate new educational applications, creating AI/LLM prototypes to enhance learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor evolves.
• Accelerate student outcomes through AI‑powered analysis, aiming to double learning velocity and improve engagement metrics across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, education, EdTech, or a student‑support role that blends analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication with a student‑friendly coaching approach.
• Track record of building efficient workflows and delivering data‑driven improvements.
