Customer Programs Manager – French Speaking

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Programs Manager who speaks French to join SoSafe’s Customer Programs Team. You will own the end‑to‑end journey of our mid‑market customers in France, from onboarding through adoption to renewal, using scalable, data‑driven engagement models.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise 1‑to‑many programs such as webinars, email campaigns and office‑hour sessions to drive product adoption and retention.
- Monitor health of 500‑1000 SMB accounts, identify upsell opportunities and trigger proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Product and Marketing to deliver consistent customer experiences.
- Build and maintain internal dashboards, ensure data hygiene in Salesforce and other CS tools.
- Analyse usage data, surface common challenges and propose process improvements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as inside sales, customer success, business development or product marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
- Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
Required skills
- Experience with SaaS tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Highspot and Planhat.
