Customer Success Manager – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our partner’s remote‑first team in Germany. You will act as a trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of customers, helping them unlock the full value of a global employment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers to ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and long‑term retention.
• Monitor customer health, proactively address risks, and resolve escalations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and adoption workshops to drive usage and growth.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to align on retention strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
• Use customer data and insights to advocate for client needs and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a quota‑carrying customer‑facing role within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and manage complex customer relationships.
