Digital Campaign and Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Digital Campaign and Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact digital advertising campaigns for multiple clients in Germany. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between advertisers, agencies and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are set up, optimized and reported on efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, from setup and optimization to performance monitoring and reporting.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and agencies, fostering long‑term relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Data, Newsroom and Finance to guarantee seamless execution.
• Optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Adobe Suite and presentation software.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Support live campaigns, including occasional weekend or out‑of‑hours coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a freelance or external Digital Campaign Manager, Project Manager, Ad Operations Specialist or Account Manager in digital advertising.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Google Ad Manager (mandatory) and experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages such as German, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
• Registered freelancer or B2B entity operating within Europe.
