Director of Product Marketing

About the role

Constructor is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to shape and tell the story of its AI‑first search and product discovery platform. This highly hands‑on position requires exceptional product positioning, messaging and storytelling skills to differentiate the platform in the enterprise ecommerce market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve differentiated positioning for Constructor’s platform, products and key capabilities.
• Create messaging frameworks and narratives that align Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Develop compelling product narratives, value propositions and sales‑enablement materials for new launches.
• Lead and orchestrate product launches from strategy through execution, ensuring clear value propositions and objection handling.
• Partner with Product to communicate roadmap priorities and identify capability gaps.
• Build deep customer, prospect and market insight to continuously refine positioning.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably with technical or complex products.
• Proven track record of creating genuinely differentiated positioning and messaging.
• Ability to translate complex technology into simple, compelling stories that drive adoption.
• Experience launching products or capabilities and developing GTM materials.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Sales teams to align external and commercial positioning.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail technology, search or discovery is a plus.
