Director of Product, Vendor Promotions

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Product to lead our Vendor Promotions portfolio within the AdTech team. You will shape the vision and strategy of vendor‑paid promotion products that help restaurants boost visibility, conversion and sales across our global marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for vendor promotions, aligning with global and regional business goals.
• Drive product discovery, user research and data‑driven optimisation to build sustainable e‑commerce solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams of performance managers, data scientists, UX researchers, designers and engineers.
• Secure buy‑in from C‑level stakeholders across regions and champion the product agenda.
• Mentor and develop product talent within a growing global product community.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience building digital growth or promotions products in high‑performance environments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• 7+ years of experience leading product teams, with strong motivational and inspirational skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use data to justify product decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
