Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Berlin)

About the role

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for its largest customers and prospects in Berlin. You will bridge product capabilities with customer outcomes, designing and demonstrating observability solutions that leverage OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable observability solutions for enterprise environments.
• Translate complex customer requirements into performant Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s differentiated capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the preferred solution.
• Provide architecture guidance, best practices, and telemetry data modeling advice.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Partner with Product Management to feed technical insights into the roadmap.

Required profile

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform-engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
