European Logistics Sales Specialist/Manager

About the role

We are looking for a European Logistics Sales Specialist/Manager to expand our presence across rail, road, sea and air freight markets in Europe. The role involves prospecting SME importers and cargo owners, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring high‑quality after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the European market across rail, road, sea, and air freight, delivering tailored marketing services.
• Identify potential SME importers/cargo owners, monitor needs, provide feedback and grow product sales.
• Negotiate and sign sales contracts, coordinate and audit related accounts and records.
• Handle sales and service complaints professionally and deliver after‑sales support.
• Meet departmental sales targets according to marketing plans and execute sales activities in the assigned territory.
• Manage accounts receivable linked to sales operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in international logistics, with knowledge of European cross‑border logistics processes.
• Existing network of small‑to‑medium importers and cargo owners in Europe.
• Proficiency in business English and familiarity with business etiquette in key European markets (Germany, France, UK, Poland, Hungary).
• Strong client acquisition and negotiation abilities, target‑driven and capable of managing the full sales cycle.
• High service orientation, emotional stability and ability to work under performance pressure.
• Rigorous, responsible and aware of confidentiality.
