Executive Producer – Creative Production

About the role

Highsnobiety is seeking an Executive Producer to lead its most important client partnerships within the Creative Production team in Berlin. This senior, hands‑on role blends strategic thinking with execution, ensuring world‑class branded content across photo, video, digital and experiential formats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the largest client workstreams, delivering productions on brief, on budget and aligned with Highsnobiety’s aesthetic.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a strategic partner throughout the account lifecycle.
• Manage all production phases – planning, vendor negotiations, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling and on‑site problem solving.
• Evaluate briefs, define feasible production approaches and oversee budgets, timelines and staffing across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services, Creative, Editorial, Commercial and external partners to deliver innovative, culturally relevant content.
• Mentor and support producers, identify workflow improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Develop and sustain a global network of production partners, vendors and freelancers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in content, creative or agency production leadership.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale branded content programs across photo, video, digital and integrated campaigns.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior producers.
