Full-Stack Developer – Angular & Node.js

About the role

Join a small, experienced engineering team at XU Group and help shape an Education-as-a-Service platform that supports learners and organizations in AI, sport, innovation, digital transformation and leadership. You will work closely with product and engineering leadership, taking ownership of technical decisions and delivering high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Build intuitive, high‑performing user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
• Design and implement robust backend services with Node.js and NestJS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring quality through reviews and automated testing.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the platform as it scales.
• Share knowledge within the team and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver value continuously.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience with Angular, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, and preferably GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and testing practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment, make pragmatic decisions, and think ahead.
• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and genuine motivation to contribute to a meaningful product.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Infrastructure‑as‑Code is a plus.
