Global Head of Knowledge Hub

About the role

As the Global Head of Knowledge Hub you will lead the creation and integration of a worldwide knowledge system that captures, structures, and makes accessible the company’s expertise. You will act as the central point for knowledge‑related matters, ensuring the organization is inspection‑ready and able to make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Knowledge Hub organization, managing resources, budget, and escalation processes.
• Define and execute the global Knowledge Hub strategy, governance models, and roadmaps.
• Oversee integration of Audit & Inspection Management and Science Intelligence groups.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with therapeutic product teams and enabling functions.
• Manage regulatory intelligence, screening and disseminating guidelines for RA, QA, and PV.
• Represent the company with global regulatory authorities, scientific bodies, and industry networks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a natural science.
• More than 10 years of experience in a regulated GxP environment with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives.
