Growth Marketer

About the role

Jet is looking for a Growth Marketer to own and scale both organic and paid acquisition channels for its B2B SaaS platform that eliminates bureaucracy for Italian companies. You will drive traffic, generate leads, and help turn prospects into customers through data‑driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of SEO and GEO/AEO, from keyword research and technical site optimisation to ranking and AI‑driven content strategy.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging channels, continuously reducing CAC.
• Automate repetitive tasks and build custom tools to increase efficiency in SEO and paid media workflows.
• Design and optimise the acquisition funnel, including landing pages, follow‑ups and retargeting, to maximise conversions and ARR.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and paid B2B marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design rigorous A/B tests and extract actionable insights.
• Impact‑driven attitude, focused on conversions, pipeline growth and revenue generation.
• Curiosity and autonomy to explore new technologies and implement hack‑style solutions.
