GTM Enablement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Enablement Specialist to ensure all customer‑facing materials are high‑quality, accurate and on‑brand. You will work across Growth, Sales and Customer Experience, owning decks, case studies and competitive intelligence while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain Peec’s branded GTM assets such as sales decks, offers, one‑pagers and proposal templates, collaborating with Design for pixel‑perfect output.
• Build and run a case‑study program with product marketing, interviewing customers and turning insights into compelling stories.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, creating practical resources for live deals and flagging important signals for product and leadership.
• Develop workflows and automations, using AI where it adds genuine value, to speed up material creation and usage.
• Act as the connective tissue between Growth, Sales and CX, aligning priorities and ensuring consistent storytelling.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, GTM operations or a similar role at a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and ability to make clean edits in Figma or similar design tools.
• Clear judgment on AI‑generated content and ability to maintain high quality.
• Excellent written English and proven ability to prioritize and build systems in a fast‑moving environment.
