Head of Talent Acquisition (Senior Leadership)

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles across all seniority levels, from job definition to offer and onboarding.
• Design and execute proactive global sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier international talent.
• Build and implement scalable hiring processes, including ATS workflows, automation, and structured interview frameworks.
• Drive Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning and talent attraction.
• Develop talent pipelines and establish strategic partnerships with leading universities.
• Act as a key organizational ambassador, representing our culture, values, and global ambition.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and provide strategic advisory.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment within high-performance, fast-scaling environments (Tech startups or Private Equity-backed companies).
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting high-quality international talent across various seniority levels.
• Expertise in scaling recruitment operations and implementing scalable systems.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and challenge requirements when necessary.
