In-house Designer – Brand & Packaging

About the role

Sanity Group is seeking an in‑house Designer to shape the visual identity of its growing portfolio of cannabinoid‑based wellbeing, cosmetic and medical brands. You will translate marketing and business goals into compelling visual concepts that work across digital, print and packaging touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, structure and evolve brand identity assets across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Create visual assets for web pages, packaging, print collateral and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines in Figma, providing reusable components for fast, on‑brand execution.
• Own projects from concept through final production, guaranteeing accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product and cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of experience in visual, graphic or brand design, preferably in an in‑house environment or a strong agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, digital and print work with excellent typography and layout.
• Detail‑oriented with a natural instinct for quality control and project ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Figma, especially working with design systems and structured file setups.
• Experience with packaging and print production (nice to have).
