iOS App Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced iOS developer to own and evolve the Arise weight‑loss app, which has over 8 million downloads and a 4.7 rating. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality, future‑proof code that scales to millions of users while supporting our monetisation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, optimise and future‑proof the iOS codebase.
• Design, develop and test new features that improve the user experience.
• Identify technical risks early and propose proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with designers to refine usability and with Android engineers to ensure cross‑platform consistency.
• Integrate monetisation features and measure their business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional iOS development experience.
• Middle‑level (2+ years) developer with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working autonomously.

Required skills

• Swift programming language.
• Cocoapods dependency manager.
• Fastlane automation tool.
• Deep understanding of Apple design principles, patterns and best practices.
• iOS app architecture and clean, maintainable code.
