Junior HR Expert – People and Organizational Development

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Expert in People and Organizational Development to join our HR POD team in Bonn. You will support global learning and career development initiatives, helping colleagues in challenging environments achieve our mission of zero hunger.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve the Cornerstone learning management system, including data analytics, process and content optimisation.
• Plan, organise and manage the trainer‑led training portfolio.
• Support the delivery of online onboarding programmes (e‑learnings and live sessions) for new staff.
• Contribute to the design of innovative learning concepts such as AI‑enhanced learning and future‑skills programmes.
• Co‑develop and pilot a global modular talent development program.
• Provide advice to managers and employees on individual development measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on a global scale.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Adult Learning, Education, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in adult education and digital learning.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and content creation tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI (advantage).

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract for two years.
• Monthly salary of €4,008.
• Location in Bonn, Germany with an onsite work environment.
