About the role
As a Key Account Manager at Seven Senders, you will own strategic relationships with high‑growth e‑commerce clients, helping them expand across Europe while optimizing cost and speed. You will act as the main point of contact, balancing commercial objectives with operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key e‑commerce accounts with a sales‑driven, strategic approach.
- Own profit and loss responsibility for each client, ensuring SLA compliance and monitoring KPI variances.
- Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, guiding proposals through to contract signing.
- Produce accurate internal reports on performance, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
- Develop long‑term, trust‑based relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing complex commercial relationships in e‑commerce or related high‑growth sectors.
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply‑chain management, and cross‑border parcel delivery.
- Academic degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and present insights.
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher) with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and drive commercial outcomes.
