About the role

We are looking for an independent chef to join our à‑la‑carte restaurant in Berlin, specializing in Mediterranean and international dishes, including grill and pan‑cooked specialties. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic kitchen environment and contribute to the daily preparation of high‑quality meals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Mediterranean and international menu items according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Manage grill and pan stations, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan daily specials and menu variations.

Required profile

• Willingness to adopt the employer’s work system.
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Fluent or comfortable communicating in Croatian is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Mediterranean cuisine.
• Proficiency in international cooking techniques.
• Grill operation and pan‑frying expertise.

What we offer

• Net salary ranging from €2,100 to €2,700 per month.
