Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

This strategic HR leadership position supports senior leaders of a fast‑growing, globally distributed technology company that is reshaping the hospitality industry with AI‑powered solutions. You will act as a trusted HR Business Partner, shaping people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability across multiple functions and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global business units to align people strategy with growth objectives.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent development, and change‑management initiatives.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
• Support performance‑management cycles, development conversations, and leadership capability building.
• Own regional employment compliance for Spain and EMEA, including labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, equality plans, and termination processes.
• Oversee contractor and EOR compliance across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding, off‑boarding, compensation cycles, and HR‑system data integrity.
• Use HR data and Workday insights for reporting, audits, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist.
• Strong experience supporting GTM, customer‑facing, onboarding, or strategy‑focused functions.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, collective bargaining agreements, and equality‑plan requirements.
• Proven experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and advise leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
