Marketing Manager – Member Acquisition

About the role

Travelzoo is looking for a Marketing Manager focused on Member Acquisition to join its Berlin team. You will lead performance‑driven digital campaigns aimed at growing and retaining Travelzoo members in Germany, using data‑rich optimisation to achieve measurable subscriber growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise acquisition campaigns across Paid Social, Affiliate, Programmatic, Display, Email and emerging channels.
• Conduct audience and creative A/B testing to identify cost‑efficient acquisition strategies.
• Analyse channel performance using KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates and member sign‑ups.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, product and international marketing teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
• Manage relationships with external partners, publishers, affiliates and agencies.
• Share insights and best practices across teams to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in subscription‑based or member acquisition environments.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
• Experience with subscription products and consumer‑facing brands; travel or lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
