Marketing Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Lead to join our fully remote, multicultural team at Brandbutter, a creative marketing agency within CENTRO. The role will drive the development and execution of client‑focused marketing strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, defining priorities, roadmaps and actionable plans for assigned brands.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategic discussions, managing scope and providing clear recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to guarantee quality and timelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, produce insightful reports and ensure accountability across contributors.
• Advise clients with data‑driven recommendations and support the implementation of effective tactics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, client project services or account leadership.
• Proven ability to create marketing strategies, set KPIs and build execution roadmaps.
• Experience in high‑risk industries with strong business acumen.
• Excellent organization, problem‑solving and client‑facing communication skills.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
