Officer IP Contract Services & Accounting (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Officer for IP Contract Services & Accounting to join our Accounts Receivable team in Berlin. The role combines contract management for intellectual‑property agreements with full‑cycle accounting tasks, supporting our global business units.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage contracts related to intellectual property, including cooperation, licence and know‑how agreements.
• Process financial transactions, prepare payment instructions and issue invoices in line with tax and accounting regulations.
• Conduct licence settlements and validate IP‑related incoming invoices.
• Collaborate with contractual partners, controlling units, tax department, financial accounting and the patent department.
• Generate analyses, statistics and reports for the team and business partners worldwide.

Required profile

• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent.
• First professional experience in contract management or related accounting functions.
• Proficiency with common MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
• Effective communication in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Independent, structured work style and enjoyment of intercultural teamwork.
