Orientation Semester Working Student (f/m/x)

About the role

We are looking for two current CODE University students to join the Orientation Semester (OS) Task Force for the Fall 2026 cohort. As a Working Student you will assist freelance facilitators in one of the two parallel teaching tracks, helping to deliver a smooth learning experience for roughly 80 new students.

Key responsibilities

• Update teaching and learning materials to the new CODE branding guidelines.
• Transfer workshop content from Miro to Figjam.
• Support facilitators during teaching and learning sessions.
• Act as a first point of contact for OS students with academic or community questions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at CODE University of Applied Sciences (or another German university) with a German address, tax number, and bank account.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with a previous OS cohort (preferably Spring 2025).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Figjam.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

What we offer

• Minijob contract (fixed‑term) for the Fall/Winter semester 2026 (07 Sep 2026 – 31 Jan 2027).
• 10 hours per week, €15 gross per hour.
