PreMaster Program – Acoustic MEMS Device Testing

About the role

Join Bosch Sensortec's PreMaster Program and gain hands‑on experience testing next‑generation acoustic MEMS sensors. You will work alongside international experts in a global, interdisciplinary environment, contributing directly to the development and qualification of cutting‑edge sensor technology.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyse test measurements for acoustic MEMS devices, ensuring thorough documentation and clear communication of results.
• Collaborate with global experts on sensor and measurement technology topics.
• Investigate failure mechanisms, distinguishing sensor‑specific effects from measurement‑related influences.
• Improve test methods, setups and data‑evaluation workflows to boost efficiency and result quality.
• Lead a special project to develop a multisite test setup for acoustic components, focusing on throughput, sealing concepts and performance evaluations.
• Optionally develop a real‑time monitoring dashboard for key acoustic performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proactive, eager to learn, independent work ethic, creativity and strong team spirit.
• Strong interest in microsystem technology, acoustics and MEMS sensors.
• Analytical, structured and organized approach to work.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of acoustics and audio signal processing.
• Affinity for data analytics and statistical analysis.
• Competence in measurement technology.
