Procurement Specialist for Facility & Construction Services

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist for Facility & Construction Services you will ensure an efficient, compliant supplier base that supports expansion and cost‑effective operations within the Sales Market. You will work closely with Construction & Facilities teams, legal, and global procurement to drive the procurement strategy in line with H&M Group’s global C&F standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Sales Market procurement strategy in collaboration with Global C&F Strategists.
• Set and monitor procurement goals and KPIs, ensuring strong supplier performance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain an efficient C&F supplier base that enables expansion, optimized service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage strategic governance of market agreements, including regular follow‑ups and business reviews with vendors.
• Support procurement‑related audits and assessments to keep them up to date.
• Administer procurement tools and templates (e.g., LIMA) and ensure documentation aligns with legal and global standards.
• Implement global procurement guidelines and ensure full compliance within the Sales Market.
• Assist Sales Markets throughout the full procurement cycle – sourcing, tenders, negotiations and contract management.
• Lead or co‑lead cross‑market procurement initiatives and support contract management for cross‑market agreements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in retail facility or construction management.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Experience working in an international matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced written and spoken German and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
