Product Designer (F/M/X) – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to own the experience of a key area of our platform from initial customer insight through to the shipped product. This design‑led position blends information architecture, interaction design, high‑fidelity execution and design‑system development, while leveraging AI‑powered prototyping tools to turn concepts into clickable prototypes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end discovery: interview customers, analyse data, and decide what to build.
• Rapidly prototype using AI‑driven tools, test with real users, and validate ideas before engineering sprints.
• Translate prototypes into clear specifications for engineers and stay involved through implementation.
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system, ensuring consistency across the product.
• Use product metrics and user feedback to assess the impact of shipped features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with a portfolio that demonstrates end‑to‑end thinking.
• Strong visual and interaction craft, paying attention to details that others may overlook.
• Ability to work closely with a small senior engineering team and communicate directly with leadership.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Figma, including component creation and design‑system work.
