Product Marketing Specialist / Manager

About the role

Simon-Kucher Engine is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist / Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for its digital product portfolio. You will work closely with the global marketing team and product owners to create and execute full‑funnel campaigns that strengthen positioning, raise awareness and generate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing plans for the Engine product suite, covering demand generation, events, ABM and social media.
• Collaborate with product managers throughout the product lifecycle to align messaging and launch activities.
• Produce customer‑facing assets, coordinate with global and specialist marketing teams, and ensure consistent execution across channels.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and optimise campaigns to meet pipeline targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing or similar roles, preferably in a B2B or digital‑services environment.
• Strong ability to translate commercial insights into clear, compelling marketing programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with full‑funnel marketing, account‑based marketing and social media campaign management.
• Familiarity with product positioning, messaging frameworks and go‑to‑market planning.
