Program Assistant – Orientation Semester (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Program Assistant to support the Orientation Semester (OS) Task Force and freelance facilitators in preparing and delivering the Fall 2026 cohort. The role focuses on the OS_02 and OS_05 modules and works with approximately 90 incoming students.

Key responsibilities

• Assist OS module coordinators and freelancers in iterating and developing teaching materials.
• Align and update teaching and learning content to CODE’s new brand guidelines for both OS and the Master’s M_10 Digital Product Development module.
• Support the facilitation of teaching and learning sessions in line with CODE PBL standards.
• Help organise administrative tasks related to the dual‑track OS cohort and the Master’s module.

Required profile

• Strong administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience creating materials that follow brand guidelines, preferably familiar with CODE’s branding.
• Ability to manage the complex needs of large undergraduate cohorts.
• Legal eligibility to work in Germany, a German tax number, and a German bank account.
