Program Security Representative (PSR) I – Ramstein, Germany

About the role

The Program Security Representative (PSR) I provides multi‑discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs) at Ramstein Air Base. You will ensure day‑to‑day compliance with NISPOM, SCI, and SAP policies while safeguarding classified information supporting U.S. military operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop, execute, and continuously assess policies and procedures for SAP, SCI, and collateral data protection.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to testing, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and training of the Operations Security (OPSEC) program.
• Provide oversight and assistance to contractors and subordinate facilities.
• Brief personnel at all levels on security topics and conduct SAP facility compliance reviews.
• Monitor corrective actions, report findings, and ensure timely notification of security matters.
• Investigate loss or compromise of classified information and generate damage assessments.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with current TS/SCI clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• 5+ years of related security experience; SAP experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
