Project Manager – Construction

About the role

You will lead the planning, execution and handover of CAPEX projects, tenant improvements and renovations for a leading real‑estate owner in Germany. Acting as a trusted advisor to asset and facility teams as well as external partners, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal asset/facility management and external partners on architectural and civil‑engineering matters.
• Manage and control CAPEX measures, tenant improvements and building renovations.
• Coordinate internal and external planning teams, monitor deadlines, review plans and control invoices.
• Oversee construction control from the planning phase through to project handover.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, maintaining open communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience as a project manager within the German construction industry.
• Strong communication skills, high commitment and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Extensive construction experience with solid knowledge of construction costs.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office.
• Very good German (minimum C1) and good English proficiency.
