Project Manager – Insulation Division (Berlin)

About the role

TL Concept GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical insulation and fire‑protection projects from our Berlin office. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality delivery while collaborating with owners, engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Technical and business management of insulation and fire‑protection projects.
• Planning, cost estimation and overall management of construction projects.
• Supporting building owners, engineers and project partners throughout the project.
• Capacity and resource planning for technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitoring execution, quality control and ensuring projects finish on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or building services.
• Knowledge of technical insulation and/or fire protection is highly desirable.
• Engineer, master craftsman or a degree in building services engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation and assertiveness.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
