Registered Nurse – Positions in Germany

About the role

We are looking for qualified Registered Nurses to join nursing homes and hospitals across Germany. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including medication administration and wound management.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and infection‑control standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication with the care team.

Required profile

• Completed B.Sc. Nursing or GNM Nursing qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• German language proficiency at B1 or B2 level (certified by Goethe, TELC or OSD).
• Valid nursing license recognized in Germany.

Required skills

• Nursing care and clinical procedures.
• German language proficiency (B1/B2).
• Medical documentation and record‑keeping.
