Restaurant Growth Partner (Remote, Germany)

About the role

Global Food Ventures (GFV) is expanding its virtual brand network across Germany and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join as Restaurant Growth Partners. This remote, commission‑based role lets you leverage your existing restaurant contacts to introduce partners to GFV’s delivery‑first brand model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with unused kitchen capacity in Germany.
• Introduce owners and operators to GFV’s virtual brand system.
• Guide partners through onboarding and launch of delivery‑focused brands.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of restaurant partners.
• Expand GFV’s kitchen network throughout the German market.

Required profile

• Professional experience within the German hospitality or restaurant ecosystem.
• Strong network of restaurant owners, chefs, consultants, or delivery platform contacts.
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen capacity utilization.
• Understanding of virtual brand and delivery‑first business models.
