RF Antenna Expert – Antenna Design & Integration

About the role

STARK is seeking an RF Antenna Expert to lead the development, selection, integration and testing of antenna solutions for its unmanned systems, ground control stations and field‑ready communication setups. The role is highly practical, requiring hands‑on work in workshops, laboratories and outdoor test ranges to ensure reliable RF performance across diverse mission profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and adapt antenna concepts for drones, vehicles, boats, handheld units and ground control stations.
• Integrate antennas with radios, masts, mounts, cables, connectors and power systems to achieve stable field‑ready communication.
• Build, modify and iterate prototype antennas, mounting brackets and cable routing solutions.
• Plan and conduct RF measurements, lab tests, range tests and field trials to validate link quality and radiation behavior.
• Translate test results into robust, repeatable antenna setups for deployment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working with antennas, radios and RF test equipment.
• Comfortable performing work in workshops, labs and outdoor test environments.
• Ability to document findings and create repeatable integration procedures.
