Senior Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced LLM Engineer based in Berlin who is passionate about agentic AI – systems where models reason, act, and learn autonomously. You will work alongside the Head of Agentic AI Engineering and a high‑performance team of LLM engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to build production‑grade AI solutions that reshape regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced, agentic AI systems that use LLMs as autonomous collaborators, orchestrating workflows and driving decisions at scale.
• Combine solid backend engineering with deep LLM expertise to create scalable, production‑ready services.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional data and backend teams, integrating tools such as Claude Code into the development pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software or LLM engineering, preferably with Python.
• Strong foundation in backend or data systems and experience deploying LLM‑based applications to production.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt engineering, RAG, and tool‑use/agent frameworks.
• Ability to work end‑to‑end, solve problems pragmatically, and iterate quickly.
