Senior E-Commerce Growth Manager

About the role

As a Senior E‑Commerce Growth Manager at FORMEL SKIN, you will own the performance of the online shop and drive revenue growth through a data‑driven, cross‑functional approach. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence and Tech teams to translate insights into a prioritized roadmap that delivers double‑digit revenue increases.

Key responsibilities

• Own shop revenue, conversion rate, average order value and contribution margin, including budgeting, forecasting and delivery against plan.
• Break growth into traffic, conversion, order value and purchase frequency; diagnose issues from data and define concrete actions.
• Continuously optimise the on‑site funnel from first click to order completion using funnel analysis, session data and structured testing.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing on channel strategy, budget allocation and ROAS/CAC targets, ensuring landing pages and on‑site content support campaigns.
• Support SEO, CRM and lifecycle initiatives to attract high‑quality traffic and increase repeat purchase.
• Develop tactics to raise average order value, such as bundling, sets and routine‑based selling.
• Provide category insights for assortment, pricing and range planning, and assist with product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce growth, preferably in a digital‑health or consumer‑tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable growth levers.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across Marketing, Product, BI and Engineering.
• Track record of delivering measurable revenue improvements.
