Senior Fullstack Engineer – Berlin & Remote

About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at hygraph, you will work at the intersection of engineering and product to shape how users build with the GraphQL‑native CMS. You will ship features that solve real customer problems, extend platform capabilities, and help bring AI‑powered functionalities to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the core CMS, improving performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Build and maintain extensions and integrations that expand what customers can achieve with hygraph.
• Contribute to AI‑driven product features using modern AI‑assisted development tools.
• Identify and fix customer‑facing issues proactively through monitoring and observability data.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural decisions to keep the platform scalable and maintainable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in full‑stack roles.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously without waiting for detailed specifications.
• Comfortable collaborating in cross‑functional, autonomous teams.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and solving problems before they surface.
