Senior Investor Relations and Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

Collective Ace is executing a buy‑and‑build strategy in the video‑gaming sector and seeks a senior professional to lead investor relations and strategic finance. Reporting to the CEO, you will combine high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to support M&A activity and capital‑raising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain investor‑grade financial models for the core business, M&A transactions and group‑level planning.
• Prepare data rooms and coordinate investor due‑diligence processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for debt and equity investors, presenting financials and strategic plans.
• Advise the CEO and Board on capital allocation, integration forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Produce investor presentations, forecasts and board reporting packages.
• Collaborate with the CFO/controller to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, growth equity or corporate development.
• Hands‑on attitude with a proven track record of running investor processes and defending detailed financial models.
• Familiarity with media, mobile gaming or consumer IP roll‑ups is a strong plus.
• Based in Europe with the ability to work regularly from Berlin.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
