Senior Software Engineer – Remote (Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++)

About the role

In this contract position you will help train next‑generation AI systems by building high‑quality software that processes real‑world data. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering robust, scalable components without requiring prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software modules used in AI training pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, distributed teams to deliver features and refactor existing codebases.
• Debug complex issues and provide maintainable, high‑performance solutions.
• Optimize applications for scalability and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with experience in remote team environments.
• Proficiency in Python 3 and at least one of Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code on schedule.
