SEO Quality Specialist / Analyst / Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Quality Specialist to develop, implement and maintain SEO quality standards across our digital properties. The role ensures that websites, content and optimisation initiatives consistently deliver high search‑engine performance, technical accuracy and an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, validate structured data and monitor indexing, crawlability and Core Web Vitals.
• Review on‑page optimisation, keyword usage and content quality to align with search intent and guidelines.
• Analyse backlink profiles, monitor backlink quality and support competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, content creators, developers, UX/UI designers and product managers to enforce best practices.
• Leverage AI‑powered SEO auditing tools and generative AI for content quality review.
• Produce performance reports, track organic traffic growth and recommend CRO improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO quality assurance, technical SEO, on‑page and off‑page optimisation.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, indexing, structured data and mobile‑first indexing.
