Social Media Manager

About the role

Lovehoney Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive awareness and engagement across its organic channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok. You will work closely with the in‑house Social and Creative teams to craft compelling, data‑driven storytelling that aligns with the brand’s mission of sexual wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Plan, create, and publish Reels, carousels, stories, and short‑form videos.
• Film, edit, and publish both reactive and planned content, appearing on camera when needed.
• Support product launches, partnerships, brand campaigns, and evergreen storytelling.
• Pitch creative, social‑first ideas and explore new formats.
• Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity.
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a social media role (agency or in‑house).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and broader social strategy, including analytics.
• Proven ability to create content independently – filming, editing, copywriting, publishing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally and internationally.
