Social Media Manager (m/f/x)

About the role

Colors has built a platform that brings creatives together to share their art. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to shape and execute our digital strategy, grow our audience and deepen artist engagement across all social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent social media strategy that drives audience growth and engagement.
• Own day‑to‑day platform management, including publishing, community interaction, campaign execution and content scheduling.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing and Artist Relations teams to align social campaigns with artist releases and business priorities.
• Monitor platform trends, audience behavior and cultural moments to identify content opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, produce monthly reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support artist‑facing initiatives by coordinating social promotion and ensuring clear communication around releases.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Background in music, entertainment, media or a creator‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, formats and emerging trends.
• Proven ability to manage content calendars, execute campaigns and foster community engagement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project‑management skills.
• Passion for music, culture and the creator economy, with familiarity with the COLORS brand.
