Software Engineer – Full Stack (.NET/React)

About the role

Join DYMATRIX’s development team to enhance a leading enterprise platform for marketing automation. You will work in an agile Scrum environment, building intelligent, AI‑driven solutions that help over 200 customers manage digital campaigns across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back‑end services using C# on the Microsoft .NET/.NET Core platform.
• Integrate cutting‑edge AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or OpenAI Codex into the development workflow.
• Own the full software lifecycle—from conception and implementation to integration, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Develop real‑time web applications on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, ensuring reliable hosting and scalability.
• Collaborate with the data‑science team to embed AI solutions into the product.
• Contribute to front‑end development using React and TypeScript, bridging back‑end and UI work.
• Participate in design, planning, estimation, code reviews, and act as a trusted advisor to product owners, QA engineers, and support teams.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of .NET (C#), JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex).
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
