Technical Bid Manager – Cloud Solutions

About the role

Codesphere is looking for a Technical Bid Manager to own the end‑to‑end tender process for high‑stakes, regulated cloud contracts. You will translate complex technical and compliance requirements into clear, compelling proposals that showcase our sovereign cloud capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full tender lifecycle—from qualification, strategy, proposal development, submission, clarification rounds to post‑award handover.
• Analyse tender documents and create structured response and execution plans covering technical, commercial, contractual and compliance aspects.
• Identify capability gaps, collaborate with Product and Engineering to design viable solutions, and develop key proposal sections such as executive summaries, solution descriptions and implementation approaches.
• Coordinate contributions from Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance and external partners, ensuring a consistent and complete proposal.
• Build reusable templates, evidence libraries and feed market feedback into product strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience with complex B2B, enterprise or public‑sector tenders in software, cloud or platform environments.
• Strong technical background enabling deep discussions with engineers, architects and product teams.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to produce concise, persuasive content from complex source material.
• Fluent in German and English, highly organized under tight deadlines, and confident in stakeholder management.
