About the role

Layla is an AI‑driven travel assistant that combines rapid itinerary generation with a human‑in‑the‑loop concierge team. As a Travel Curator you will partner with the AI to transform draft plans into fully personalized, seamless journeys for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Refine AI‑generated itineraries into polished, end‑to‑end travel plans.
• Provide concierge‑style support, handling complex bookings, special requests, and last‑minute changes.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, restaurants, and hidden‑gem experiences.
• Validate every trip detail for accuracy, feasibility, timing, seasonality, and logistics.
• Communicate with travelers in a warm, professional tone.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams, feeding real‑world insights back into the platform.

Required profile

• Extensive first‑hand travel experience, including multi‑leg journeys, visa runs, and on‑the‑ground logistics.
• Proven background in travel planning, luxury concierge, tour operations, or a similar field.
• Deep destination knowledge and a genuine passion for travel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written English communication.
• Service‑mindset that remains calm and resourceful when plans change.
