Working Student Sales Development Representative – AI & Greentech

About the role

Join reonic as a Working Student Sales Development Representative and help drive the adoption of AI‑powered renewable‑energy solutions. You will work on‑site in Berlin, engaging B2B clients such as solar and heat‑pump installers while balancing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B installers by proactively reaching out and scheduling product demos.
• Use outbound calls, trade‑show participation and LinkedIn engagement to acquire new customers.
• Identify and strategise new projects and partnerships that align with reonic’s growth objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine service offerings.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, available up to 20 hours per week.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven and passionate about renewable‑energy transformation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence B2B stakeholders.
• C2‑level proficiency in German, French or Italian and professional English proficiency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar lead‑generation tools.
