About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that meet demanding performance requirements.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, focusing on root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven backend development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, fully remote expert team.

Required skills

• Backend development using modern programming languages.
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases, including data modeling.
• System security, authentication, and authorization best practices.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with event‑driven or serverless architectures.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
