Community Manager DACH

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a Community Manager for the DACH region who lives on the For You Page and understands the power of authentic engagement. You will manage community interactions for Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja across Instagram and TikTok, turning everyday customers into vocal brand advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Apply SharkNinja’s brand voice in comments, DMs, replies, and mentions, ensuring every interaction feels human and on‑brand.
• Proactively engage in trending conversations, comment on relevant creator content, and embed the brands in cultural moments.
• Surface, celebrate, and amplify user‑generated content, building relationships with superfans and repeat engagers.
• Conduct ongoing social listening across product categories and cultural territories, monitor sentiment, and flag risks or opportunities.
• Follow community tone guidelines, response playbooks, and escalation protocols while supporting real‑time activation during launches and campaigns.
• Track community KPIs such as engagement rate, response time, sentiment score, UGC volume, and follower growth, contributing to monthly reporting.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in community management or social media, either brand‑side or agency.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
